Inventory of Houses
The City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Property, PHDC and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia have an inventory of available properties. Click here to download a list. The file is in Excel. Contact information is in the file.
PHDC owns houses and lots that are available to the public. Properties are sold at fair-market value in “as is” condition. The Acquisition-Disposition Committee meets weekly to review and approve applications. Information required includes:
- development entity’s corporate structure;
- development proposal showing scope of work including preliminary architectural plans;
- development proforma including budget, source of financing, operating plan and cash flow analysis;
- letters of support from local community groups and elected officials;
- PHDC conflict of interest statement;
- statement of no pending or threatened litigation; and
- statement of non-indebtedness to City of Philadelphia.
